By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update Terms by posting a revised date; continued use after changes means you accept the update.

Pixmetal sells aluminum metal prints and related goods. Photos and descriptions are provided in good faith; colors can vary by display calibration and lighting. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with notice and a refund of amounts paid.

Availability, sizes, and finishes can change. Made-to-order items may show longer lead times at checkout when that feature is live.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel orders for suspected fraud, address issues, inventory problems, or errors. Title and risk of loss pass according to our shipping carrier’s terms once the package is tendered.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes and shipping (if any) are added where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment provider; chargebacks for delivered conforming goods may be contested.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or hack the site
• Do not use the catalog to build competing dump sites
• Do not misrepresent your identity when contacting support
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful custom content

The Pixmetal name, site design, and original artwork are owned by us or our licensors. Buying a print gives you the physical product — not a license to reproduce, resell digitally, or commercially exploit the underlying design unless we agree in writing.

If you submit artwork for custom production, you represent that you own or control the rights needed for us to print it. You agree to indemnify Pixmetal against claims arising from that artwork (copyright, trademark, publicity, or similar).

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Outdoor durability depends on environment, mounting, and product guidance — extreme sun, salt, or abrasion can shorten lifespan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixmetal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from site use or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only as far as the law allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pixmetal principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that venue shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise.
