This Privacy Policy applies to pixmetal.com and related customer communications operated by Pixmetal (“we,” “us”). It covers visitors, customers, and anyone who emails support or joins our newsletter.

Payment card data is handled by our payment processor when checkout is live. We do not store full card numbers on Pixmetal servers.

You provide: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone (if given), message content, and order details.

Collected automatically: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, referring URL, and cart/session identifiers needed for the storefront to work.

From partners: payment status, shipping events, and delivery confirmations once those systems are connected.

Essential cookies and local storage keep your cart and preferences working. We may use analytics to understand traffic patterns. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; blocking essentials may break checkout or cart features.

We keep order and support records as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize when no longer required. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Marketing unsubscribe links appear in promotional emails. Transactional order email is separate and still required to fulfill purchases.

Pixmetal is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
